GSM means grams per square metre. A 380 GSM fabric weighs 380 grams for each square metre of material. It does not mean the finished hoodie weighs 380 grams.
Fabric weight and the feel of a hoodie
GSM is one part of the description. Fibre blend, fabric construction, finish and garment cut also affect how a hoodie feels. Two fabrics with the same GSM can feel different.
A higher GSM alone does not establish softness, breathability or quality. Look at the fabric and the finished garment together.
SAEE’s 380 GSM fleece
The Discipline hoodie uses premium heavyweight fleece with a light-feeling oversized fit. It is designed and stitched for athletes, with dropped shoulders, a drawstring hood and a kangaroo pocket.
Black carries white embroidery; white carries black embroidery. The small chest-side icon is embroidered. The inside Limited Edition Collection label carries an individual serial number, and the drawstring tips carry SAEE branding.
Choose the cut as well as the fabric
Oversized describes the cut. Compare chest width, body length and sleeve length against a hoodie you already enjoy wearing. Use the measurements for the exact model before choosing a size.
